This product works great. My only complaint is that it does not have a Universal Power supply. I bought a 240/120 coverter and with that now I can make espresso in any country in the world.

Although these espresso makers have a five-year guarantee this is my third in four years; I wear them slap out. They've gone with me all over the US and even to Baghdad on deployment. I probably drink an average of 8 cups of espresso a day, so my machines get heavy use. I've reommended it to others. It doesn't make great espresso(after all, it is steam), but it is very good coffee (using the right coffee and grind). Fast, easy, convenient, portable, it literally goes with me wherever I travel. I'll buy another when I wear this one out.

I bought this product to use specifically for travel as not every where I go has expresso available in hotel rooms, my first problem was the fact that this product does not have the proper voltage requirement when going international, unless you have an adapter, Most products I purchase for this use always have the ability to use either United States or European standard voltages without the need to have an adaptor, making them much easier to use
