SImply the best purchase I have ever made in the kitchen department! My whole family loves it, and it looks stylish on display, unlike my other kitchen appliances which I purposely put behind closed doors! It is very quick and easy to use. Coffee is perfect every time and looks lovely, too, after I pour the steamed milk and add a sprinkle of this or that on top. No down sides.

I bought this machine for my husband. He was an occasional coffee drinker but is now making 3+ coffees every day. I am not a coffee drinker, but I find the taste of the espresso coffee brewed in this machine to be full-bodied without any of the usual bitterness.

I have tried numerous espresso machines and all would break in a year, or they would never make a perfect cup of espresso with the CREMA on the top, which makes a HUGE difference in taste. This Nespresso machine is so good it makes a perfect cup EVERY SINGLE TIME! The capsules are perfect and the machine is so easy to use and clean it is designed perfectly. I have even tried using the steamer for cappuccino's and latte's and the steamers work reliably and froth the cream perfectly. Overall, this is quite an impressive machine. Everything was well thought out in advance--from ease of use, to cleaning, and most importantly, making a PERFECT cup of espresso EVERY TIME! I bought some refills of the capsules [...] Unbelievable. Also, the machine is guaranteed with some kind of great warranty so if it breaks they will actually give you a LOANER machine while your other one is being repaired! That alone is worth the extra you pay. You get what you pay for and this is a medium priced machine. Overall one of the best products I have used in years. They even have 24/7 customer support....For a coffee machine!

It's hard to belive the quality of expresso this quality machine makes. It's size makes it convenient to keep on the counter, the large water source makes several cups, and the quality of coffee is superb. It's fast, easy to use, and very easy to clean.

The only thing I don't like about the machine is the latte function. Makes a great cap but the latte function doesn't make the milk hot enough for me. I purchased the special milk container to use with this machine.
So I just use the cap function - if you run it long enough its pretty much a latte with foam on top.

A great find in Bourdeaux at the Regent Grand Hotel. I've since bought two, one for a daughter-in-law who consumes coffee and one for myself, a morning cup person. The variety of tastes and consistent quality of the coffee are enhanced by the 19 bars of pressure, well above many other machines. This machine is worthy of consideration b y any coffee drinker.

This machine makes a fabulous cup of expresso with beautiful cremma. Lots of wonderful coffee choices available. It looks beautiful on my counter. I only wish I spoke Italian! - the instructions are confusing, but I'm sure I'll figure out the finer points with practice.

This is a fantastic machine -- the Nespresso system is the best as far as I'm concerned. It's no fuss, no muss and makes an unbeatable cup of coffee. I had the more expensive top of the line "Romeo" Nespresso machine and this one is almost half the price and every bit as good. I've already bought two as gifts and the people I gave them to are converts. Check out this espresso system.

Good machine all around except for two points: The milk steamer design results in steamed milk splashing all over - messy! Espresso seems to be a little cooler in temperature despite prewarming both machine and cups.

I did my share of research on all kinds machines and even at different price levels. I wanted the best machine at a great price point. I believe I found it and I'm very pleased. I look forward to making my coffee every morning. The coffee capsules from Nespresso (only) are a bit pricey but the end product is very very good! I don't think you'll be sorry.
The delivery took longer than I would have liked. I was disappointed with that. I had to call customer service, but they were kind and very helpful. In the end the package arrived safely and all is good. The excellent price I paid was worth the wait because no one else was selling at this price.

It took a few practice rounds but I can now say that the beverage I make with this machine is better than my usual drink from Starbucks. The convenience of making this at home and any time of the day is great. Another plus, is that I can make my drink my way and my husband can have a drink customized for his tastes.

I use this several times a day! (thank goodness I love the decaf varieties :-) Much easier even than my old coffee maker. I make lattes by warming a 1/4-1/2 c. milk in the microwave while making the espresso (seems easier to me than using the built-in steamer). Also makes regular coffee (caffe Americana) by running water through the same capsule twice. This thing is FAST. Can't find a thing to complain about except the poorly written directions/picture instructions. Would buy it again!!

Solved the milk dilema by whipping it in the cup then microwaving it for 30 seconds. Much easier and delicious with the nespresso expresso. I purchased one machine, liked it so much that I went back for a second one for vacation home.
